ABOUT US

Surf City Coffee first opened its doors in October, 2018. Pat Davis had first visited Topsail Island as a getaway from her home in Ohio, and fell in love with the ocean, hunting shark teeth, and the island lifestyle. Pat was originally located in a local art gallery before she decided to expand into her own location.

With the support (and elbow grease) of family and friends, Pat opened her current location in June, 2019. Surf City Coffee is now located right off of the Pier, making for the perfect spot to grab some java for a morning stroll or a refreshing afternoon smoothie.

Surf City Coffee offers a menu of coffee classics and new flavor combinations, but Pat will be the first to tell you -- the menu is just the beginning! Patrons are encouraged to experiment, and you can always ask the barista for a recommendation or special concoction.

Pat's favorite part of running Surf City Coffee is making connections with the people who walk through her doors. From getting to know the locals during off-season to sharing a taste of the island with vacationers, Pat's goal is to be a blessing to those who visit the shop (as they are to her!).
